When an employee first logs into Ethical Angel, they complete an in-depth skills and aspirations analysis, covering all 12 soft skills and personal aspirations. This highlights skills gaps, shows employees where they need to improve, and arms you with the data you need to drive development.

2. Personalised Learning Plan
