There are three key areas for causes to consider to maximise impact and ensure you have the best possible experience whilst requesting and receiving pro bono support.
Firstly, please ensure you have a completed profile with a fitting logo and banner. If you need help with these, please read our FAQs for the appropriate logo and banner dimensions. You can also watch a video on creating the perfect profile here.
If you order a project, you must:
- Be prepared to provide any additional information and answer questions throughout the four stages of the project.
- Reply to any enquiries from your Angel/Angels regarding your project(s) in a timely fashion (i.e 24-48 hours max.)
- Be prepared to book 2 short calls. 1 to discuss actions at the beginning of the projects and 1 to review the first draft of your project. Find out more about how projects work in the "What are probono projects and how do they work?" section of the Knowledge Hub
3. Feedback and Survey's
Finally, you must also submit feedback at every interval between stages 1-3 and a testimonial upon the completion of a project. Feedback must be completed at each stage and at the end of the project to provide Angels with insight into how they are performing at each stage and provide you with the best experience when working through projects.
You won’t be able to move on with other projects until you have submitted your testimonial.
