I have received an application, how do I respond?

When you receive an application for one of your projects, you will receive an email and automatic notification on the platform letting you know that an angel is interested in helping you.

Please be sure to review and approve your application when you receive the notification. You will have 72 hours (3 days) to respond to applicants, or their applications will expire. This feature was built to ensure you can hit the ground running and make a start on your projects as soon as possible. If you miss your application, the angel will move onto another project.

Alternatively, you can simply follow the steps below to approve your application:

You should login and go to  'orders' like you see in the image below:

Once you have accessed your orders, you will be able to see which projects have applications for you to review. They will say 'Angel ready' under status. All you need to do is click 'view' like in the image below

 

 

 

This will stop the timer and allow you to begin working on the project, like you see in the image below. You will then have 6 weeks to complete your project.
